Beauty Pie Return Policy?
Beautypie.com has a specific return policy for items that are not quite right for the customer. Customers are welcome to return an item from their order as long as the item is still in its original condition. The returns window is 14 days after the order is delivered to request a refund. After this returns period, unwanted items are not accepted. If a return is attempted outside of this 14-day time period, the item/s may have to be returned back to the customer at their own cost.
It's important to note that certain items can’t be returned unless they meet specific conditions. For instance, Skincare, Bodycare, Make Up, Haircare, Fragrance and Supplements must be unopened, sealed and unused. Clothing and Textiles must not show any signs of being worn and used (outside of trying like you would in a shop) and must still be in its original, clean, resalable condition with tags and labels intact.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. If the wrong items are sent, or the order is faulty or damaged, the customer should contact the Member Happiness Team immediately. Postal charges will only be refunded if Beauty Pie sends the wrong items or if the order is faulty or damaged.
